Another week has passed and we had a huge show once again!
Tonight we spoke about 'Granny Rants':
When the older generation feel that something isn't right, they will complain. Kyle had a few examples from his work, not everyone agreed! Made for a fun conversation!
We welcomed Josh to the Gen Next team, Josh and many others are joining us to bring you better content, each and every week!
We also spoke to Dr Kimberley Ivory from Family Planning Victoria.
Kimberley is the Senior Medical Officer at FPV, she spoke about the range of fantastic programs that FPV run for young people such as the Q & A Leadership program, SHADE (Sexual Health and Diversity Enterprise) designed to increase awareness of STD's and safe sex in rural victorian areas. We also spoke to Kimberley about 'Mind the Gap', another program run for regional areas to educate about GLBTI issues in those areas.
Afterwards, we spoke to Ben Pokidin, who took part in Q & A. He spoke about his experiences coming out in the country, and the hardship he went through after coming out. An amazing story, make sure you listen to the Podcast to hear it.
Until next week, its goodbye from us! Thanks for your support, and just a note as well, we will be moving to 6pm in a few weeks time, still on a Tuesday night.
Tune in next week for another great hour of Generation Next.
